OVER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Based in Southern California, K & M Engineering & Design, Corp. (Formerly OKS’N Associates, INC. established in 1995) has served the community of Greater Los Angeles as specialists in the field of Structural Engineering for over ten years. The company has been involved in design of numerous Custom Houses, Apartment Buildings, Office Buildings, Service Garages, Shopping Centers and other structures.
We take pride in the quality of our professional services, which involves Complete Construction Documents and Structural Observation of projects: all with the hand on participation of the company’s principal.
Our experience with city agencies such as The Department of Building and Safety provides our clients with simplified approval of their projects.
